Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I, the Analyst for the Incident Management and Training Unit plays a crucial role in the daily analytical functions of the Unit within the Project Management Branch of the Information Technology Services Division. This position is integral to the Department of Cannabis Control, focusing on system administration, customer support, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operational activities of the Incident Management and Training Unit.
  • Provide customer service support and minor system administration tasks.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff and stakeholders.

Working Conditions
Candidates residing outside of California may be considered for interviews; however, successful candidates must establish California residency prior to appointment.
