As a Senior Account Manager at BMF, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and expanding cross-functional initiatives or integrated marketing strategies while leading diverse teams. Your role will involve fostering and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients across North America. Based in either Miami or New York, you will assist clients in planning and goal-setting, collaborating with a team to deliver a strategic framework and narrative, while ensuring accountability for all project deliverables throughout the client campaign/program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities...
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee daily client interactions while enhancing relationships with the primary goal of increasing BMF's profitability, fulfilling client objectives, and promoting best practices and organic growth.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster client loyalty towards our integrated services.
- Collaborate with BMF's sales and marketing teams to execute client action plans that ensure high-quality service delivery.
Strategic Development:
- Lead the creation of strategic insights and recommendations for clients, ensuring that strategies are rooted in audience understanding and align with market priorities, goals, and objectives, delivering a comprehensive approach that includes multi-channel activation elements.
- Support various departments in strategy and creative development, crafting compelling experiences for top-tier brands and emerging market players.
- Contribute to the development of integrated, award-winning programs that span all agency disciplines: Business Development, Creative, Earned Media (Public Relations), Engagement (Social, Digital, & Talent Relations), Experience & Production, and Strategy.
- Prepare and oversee the creation of client presentations, strategy documents, and program overviews, participating in pitch creation and client presentations.
Account & Project Management:
- Address daily client needs and provide essential information to all internal and external teams (e.g., production, design, talent, agencies).
- Lead all internal and client project meetings and status calls.
- Oversee the compilation and management of relevant materials for weekly reports, activation decks, post-event recaps, and integrated project/campaign status documents, ensuring timely execution of all project elements in collaboration with creative and strategy teams.
Leadership:
- Guide, mentor, and inspire high-performing client services team members and cross-functional project teams.
- Foster a team environment that encourages mutual respect, strategic thinking, open communication, ongoing feedback, professional development, and adherence to agency policies.
- Exhibit hands-on management of tasks, demonstrating the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Administrative Duties:
Supervise and enforce company and departmental policies related to client satisfaction standards, ensuring compliance among project teams.
Manage client accounts by liaising with BMF Partners/Senior Leadership to monitor client and vertical goals, assess performance, and implement necessary adjustments.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $90,000-$115,000, contingent upon experience, responsibilities, and subject matter expertise.

- 5-7+ years of demonstrated experience in media relations across various consumer sectors.
