Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand your client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Enhance revenue by prospecting and expanding within existing client accounts.
  • Engage with clients through phone and email communications regarding orders and shipping updates.
  • Conduct product research and offer tailored recommendations, including virtual and physical samples.
  • Assist clients in utilizing company stores for merchandise options.
  • Prepare detailed quotes for customer orders.
  • Process client artwork and coordinate with the design team.
  • Enter sales orders into the Salesforce system.
  • Facilitate client review and approval of proofs.
  • Collaborate with Account Coordinators on sales orders.
  • Participate in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows as needed.
  • Perform additional sales-related tasks as required by business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotional product sales.
  • Proven track record in prospecting within existing client accounts and generating new business.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Compensation structure includes a base salary plus commission.
