Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead our outpatient services. This role involves collaborating closely with the Director of Outpatient Services to assess, design, implement, and evaluate program objectives and therapeutic interventions. The Clinical Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our outpatient programs, fostering both patient and therapist development.

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
  • Minimum of two years of direct experience in behavioral health services. Experience with high-acuity mental health populations is preferred.
  • Licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or LAC.
  • Knowledge of clinical supervision, patient management, and therapeutic practices is preferred.
Essential Duties:
  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to master's level therapists and interns.
  • Conduct patient assessments and safety planning, including coordination with intake processes.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and case reviews.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on budgetary and regulatory matters.
  • Facilitate therapy groups as needed.
  • Review and conduct biopsychosocial assessments for prospective patients.
  • Oversee clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Design and implement therapeutic curricula.
