Position Overview:
Outpatient Imaging Affiliates is seeking a skilled CT Technologist for a Full-time Flex role at our imaging center. This position involves working in a patient-centered environment, where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Radiology Medical Director, the CT Technologist will:

  • Conduct computed tomography examinations and related procedures, generating both sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
  • Ensure that all imaging services are performed in a safe manner, adhering to established protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the imaging center team, actively seeking and providing feedback to enhance clinical practices.

Qualifications:
Experience:
  • Up to one year of experience as a CT Technologist.
Education:
  • Associate's Degree in Radiology from an accredited two-year program.
Licensure/Certification:
Candidates must possess certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current registration. Additionally, a CT registration through ARRT is required, along with compliance with state licensure requirements. BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in operating CT equipment and related ancillary devices.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong documentation skills, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including information systems and digital archiving.
