We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our substance abuse treatment program in Louisville, Kentucky. The successful candidate will oversee a team of counselors and interns, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of counselors and interns to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory requirements.
- Provide clinical services, patient care, and education to patients receiving methadone maintenance and detoxification treatment.
- Coordinate care with the treatment team and present patient status and concerns accordingly.
- Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the company's budget.
- Masters Degree in a human service field and 2 years of clinical experience, or a Bachelors degree in a related field and 3 years of clinical experience.
- Certification and/or licensure by an appropriate state body and 3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with substance abuse populations and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled in conducting assessments, utilizing ASI criteria for patient placement, treatment plan development and implementation, service coordination, and crisis intervention.
- Excellent documentation and computer skills, with the ability to work effectively within a medical hierarchy and autonomously.
