The Maryhurst Renewal team collaborates with children, adults, and families facing challenges, offering tailored support to help remove obstacles to success in various aspects of life, including home, school, and community.
Renewal provides comprehensive counseling services, including one-on-one, group, and family therapy, available in office, home, or school settings.
*For independently licensed professionals, the starting salary is $56,000.
We cover 100% of clinical supervision costs and provide access to numerous professional development opportunities, including many free CEUs.
Within our organization, this role is referred to as a Treatment Supervisor, though it functions as a Clinical Therapist position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the treatment process for assigned clients, facilitating and supervising treatment planning while ensuring all clinical documentation is completed within specified timeframes.
- Act as a liaison for children, families, and external agencies, providing direct services through weekly individual and group therapy, as well as family therapy as needed.
- Collaborate with community resources, including legal and medical systems, to ensure comprehensive support for individual clients.
- Ensure timely development and monthly evaluations of treatment plans, completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
- Oversee documentation required for service reimbursement from various funding sources, ensuring it reflects the appropriate level of care for each client, and manage transfer or termination planning, including referrals for ongoing services.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required. A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience working with children and families is preferred. If not licensed, candidates must hold an associate standing (e.g., CSW, MFTA, LPCA) in their respective discipline and have an approved supervision contract with their state board. Candidates should possess the ability to supervise treatment processes, utilize alternative treatment methods, and have experience in team facilitation. Strong clinical, organizational, assessment, assertiveness, and documentation skills are essential. Familiarity with DSM V is also required.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
