Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and assist in overseeing daily operations of the property.
- Engage with tenants and ensure effective communication regarding their needs and concerns.
- Support the administrative functions including rent collection, leasing activities, and tenant transitions.
- Maintain compliance with HUD regulations and Fair Housing Laws to ensure proper management of the property.
- Assist in preparing various reports and documentation as required.
- Supervise front desk operations and provide guidance to reception staff.
Financial Oversight:
- Contribute to the management of financial resources in alignment with organizational policies.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Monitor tenant accounts to ensure accurate collection of fees and charges.
Facility Management:
- Assist in maintaining the property to ensure it meets cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address work orders and property issues.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve building concerns.
Administrative Duties:
- Perform general office tasks and participate in required meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of experience in property management, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Experience with LIHTC or advanced housing certifications.
- Familiarity with HUD regulations and property management software.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively with diverse populations.
