Project Coordination Specialist

Focused HR Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordination Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various industries.
As a Project Coordination Specialist, you will work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers to support all aspects of project execution. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from assisting in the development of project estimates to tracking progress and managing documentation.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive project plans and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and deliverables in accordance with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare clear and concise status reports for stakeholders, providing updates on project status and achievements.
- Coordinate meetings and communication between project team members, clients, and other relevant parties.
- Proactively manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the final project evaluation and review process, gathering feedback and insights.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and SharePoint.
- Experience working within an Agile/Iterative development methodology is highly desirable.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a commitment to achieving shared goals.
