Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will collaborate with our esteemed clients in one of two capacities:

Team Augmentation:

You will seamlessly integrate into our client's team, collaborating daily with their existing designers and engineers.


Design & Build:
You will be part of a FullStack product team, responsible for building and delivering products to our clients.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies with a proven history of successful implementation.
Expertise in guiding and coaching teams and organizations in Agile principles and practices.
A completed four-year college degree is mandatory.
Strong background in team leadership.
Familiarity with business analysis techniques and tools.
Extensive experience aligning project objectives with the overall strategic goals of the organization.

Ability to empathize with the goals of FullStack's clients and commit to fulfilling the promises made by you and your team.

A solid understanding of best practices and a commitment to adhering to them.
Capability to navigate new and challenging issues and contribute to knowledge bases as necessary. A positive attitude and a proactive mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Willingness to consistently work 40 hours per week.
