About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a DCG Clinics Support Specialist - Patient Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service, ensuring seamless communication, and providing administrative support to our dental clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients, providers, and staff, both in person and over the phone.
  • Register new patients, verify patient information, and enter data into our electronic health record system.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for providers, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage patient schedules, recall lists, and referrals, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Process payments, handle incoming calls, and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as generating reports, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of relevant experience, or high school diploma, GED, or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization and three years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
