The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a Facilities Management Specialist to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Facilities Coordinator with minimal supervision for the Force Modernization Division (FMD), overseeing overall facility management and logistics operations.
  • Ensure proper setup and configuration of classrooms for training, including IT requirements such as training media and curriculum software.
  • Assess facility conditions and propose enhancements.
  • Perform routine building repairs and maintain general security of the premises.
  • Collaborate with the government Project GTL to ensure classroom requirements are met and operational.
  • Coordinate logistical support with various functional areas, including training, operations, procurement, and financial management.
  • Facilitate communication between communications-electronics command (CECOM), US Army Materiel Command (AMC), and other government entities as necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the status of supplies and shipments related to approved Purchase Requests.
  • Assist in managing Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Managed Equipment (CME).
  • Serve as a liaison between vendors and the government Logistics/Procurement Specialist.
  • Perform additional duties as required by project needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of relevant experience, or 6 years of equivalent Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance is required.
  • Experience with WIN-T Sub-systems is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in facilities management.
  • Proficient in basic IT operations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Solid organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven project and time management skills, with the ability to collaborate with a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $49,000 to $89,300. This range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Factors considered in extending an offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
