  • Identify, coordinate, and resolve issues and risks, escalating as necessary.
  • Ensure all project tasks outlined in the project plan are completed on time.
  • Capture and report essential project metrics to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to project analysis, development, and testing.
  • Facilitate schedule coordination, ensuring participation from cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Monitor project milestones to guarantee adherence to schedules.
  • Recommend corrective actions when project timelines are at risk.
  • Prepare periodic project status reports for the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple application teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist in final project evaluations with stakeholders upon completion.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings and communicate project timelines effectively.
  • Analyze project metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse resources across various IT functions.
  • Effective meeting management skills with local and remote participants.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
  • Experience in Agile/Iterative environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and formal project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
