  • Stay up-to-date with technical professional development to ensure Pitt Business is leveraging CRM tools to increase student enrollment and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and CRM system management.
  • Super user-level experience with CRM systems and understanding of CRM lifecycle.
