Key responsibilities include establishing processes, KPIs, and educating the organization on omnichannel and clienteling efforts. You will work closely with the Director of Ecommerce, Americas, to develop and execute local campaigns and support the roll-out of global projects in the region.
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a holistic digital experience and communication plan, building landing pages to capture data, and leveraging dynamic tools and automation to increase personalization.
Key skills and qualifications include at least 3 years of experience in CRM, preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and experience in the beauty or luxury industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to distill business and customer data, are essential.
