Job Title: CRM Manager

Creative Circle is seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing consumer-centric activation strategies powered by data that create consumer connections, drive profitable revenue, and support the development of brand-owned data channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute robust consumer analytics, reports, and analysis to inform and drive all touchpoints of the consumer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with media teams, external CRM vendors, and marketers to deliver data-driven activations that support key brand initiatives and priorities.
  • Present regular updates via presentations, recaps, etc. that combine data-driven insights with actionable tactics that contribute to business goals.
  • Lead and define loyalty program strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Develop an A/B Testing cadence and roadmap to optimize and evolve the consumer experience across key CRM tactics.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years in a direct-to-consumer CRM role.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer business required.
  • Experience developing or running a brand loyalty program.
  • Related work experience that demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principles.
  • Expert knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation, and analytics, particularly as it relates to CRM and consumer data.
