About the Job

The CRM Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric, loyalty-based approach and CRM initiatives focused on run-the-business. This role will devise and implement strategies to deliver program goals, ensuring that agreed Marketing Communications activity is managed to time and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the strategic development of customer-centric, loyalty-based approaches and CRM initiatives
  • Devises and implements strategies to deliver program goals
  • Ensure that agreed Marketing Communications activity is managed to time and budget
  • Contribute to the development of customer strategies
  • Produce Annual and Quarterly Marketing Communications plans from the Marketing Plan supplied
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Advertising, with a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Advertising. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with a variety of team members and levels in a matrix organization, and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience with common tools in this space, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or like, is a plus.
