Senior Program Manager

Position Overview:
Nightwing is a prominent player in the aerospace and defense sector, renowned for its innovative and advanced solutions. We are currently seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Manager to enhance our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement strategic business initiatives to expand the Inertial Systems division.
- Make informed decisions aligned with long-term organizational objectives.
- Oversee pursuit and acquisition efforts, including strategy formulation, client engagement, proposal crafting, and negotiation processes.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding program-related activities.
- Direct program execution, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, and scheduling benchmarks.
- Identify and resolve programmatic challenges, proposing solutions to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate with various functional teams to align with client program goals.
- Engage in contract negotiations and modifications, ensuring compliance and safeguarding organizational interests.
- Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, and fellow Program Managers to optimize product line offerings.
- Contribute to the development of strategic financial and operational plans for the Inertial Systems division.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- A University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to access requirements for sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Program or Project Management is highly desirable.
