  • Make informed decisions aligned with long-term organizational goals.
  • Oversee pursuit and acquisition efforts, including strategy formulation, client engagement, proposal crafting, and negotiation processes.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients regarding program activities.
  • Direct program execution, including development and sales of hardware, ensuring adherence to financial, technical, and scheduling objectives.
  • Identify program challenges and propose effective solutions to guarantee successful program completion.
  • Collaborate with various functional teams to align efforts with client program objectives.
  • Engage in contract negotiations and amendments, ensuring compliance and safeguarding organizational interests.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Business Development, and fellow Program Managers to optimize product line solutions.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the Strategic Financial Plan and Annual Operating Plan for Inertial Systems.
  • Foster strong relationships internally and externally to enhance collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • A University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory for access to program-related information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Program Management or Project Management is highly desirable.
