Key Responsibilities1. Identify property and general liability issues through on-site assessments or by analyzing third-party evaluation reports.
2. Relay identified safety, operational, and property issues to relevant departments through detailed reports or other communication methods.
3. Conduct loss evaluations to create and implement customized loss prevention strategies that meet the specific requirements of the client.
4. Present information effectively to various audience levels within an organization.
5. Collaborate with senior colleagues and management to develop educational resources on risk management, including articles and templates for distribution to clients.
6. Exhibit the physical capability to inspect properties, including walking through buildings, climbing stairs, and using ladders to assess structural elements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proficient in meeting project deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for both small and large groups.

Required Qualifications:
- Two to four years of experience in risk management or safety.
- Bachelor's Degree in safety, engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or equivalent certifications.
- Familiarity with general liability, property insurance, and various insurance products.
- Experience in apartment real estate or public housing management.
