Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Health Of New England. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Excellent Patient Care: You will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Schedules and Appointments: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient schedules and appointment records.
  • Process Patient Information: You will be responsible for collecting and processing patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of patient information and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.
  • Experience in a Medical Office: You must have experience working in a medical office or a related field to be considered for this role.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology: You must have knowledge of medical terminology and billing procedures to be considered for this role.
