Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in conducting home site evaluations.
  • Investigate local home setback regulations.
  • Oversee the logistics of shipping, arrival, and installation of new residences.
  • Evaluate current home sites to determine necessary preparations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for home installation and logistical needs.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 60% to different community sites.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Familiarity with construction processes and facilities management.
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are necessary.
