Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Jackson Furniture Ind. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department, including conducting employee onboarding and training initiatives.
  • Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize and coordinate quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain the highest levels of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Administrative writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintaining employee files and records.
  • Orienting employees and interviewing skills.
  • Professionalism, organization, teamwork, and confidentiality.
  • MS Office experience.
  • Bilingual skills.
