- Assist in generating regular reports.
- Manage procurement of office supplies.
- Serve as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Schedule training sessions, interviews, and meetings.
- Prepare KPI and performance reports.
- Maintain accounts receivable documentation.
- Manage PTO requests and update the calendar accordingly.
- Review incoming mail for payments and invoices.
- Handle Certificates of Insurance.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance records.
- Register and track equipment.
- File for equipment rebates and permits.
- Manage gas card allocations and user access for various services.
- Support HR with travel arrangements and event planning.
- Coordinate daily notifications for employee birthdays and anniversaries.
- Assist the marketing department with networking events.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Reliable transportation for commuting purposes.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends as required.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Health Insurance - Company covers 50% of employee premiums after the initial 30 days.
- Vision and Dental Insurance - Company covers 50% of employee premiums after the initial 30 days.
- AFLAC Supplemental insurance available at employee expense (optional).
- 401K plan with a 3% company match.
- Paid Holidays: 5 annually.
- Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off based on tenure (eligibility after 90 days of continuous employment).
