Job Summary:

This is a full-time, in-office role at an institutional investment consulting firm.

Role Overview:

The Client Services Coordinator is tasked with supporting the Client Services Department and senior investment professionals in various client service activities related to pension and investment funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily assistance to multiple senior investment consultants and their client portfolios.
  • Maintain ongoing communication and coordinate data exchange with the corporate headquarters.
  • Prepare agendas for client meetings, requiring collaboration with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Notify clients regarding the appointment of new investment managers, ensuring effective communication with all relevant parties.
  • Draft, revise, or update client investment policy documents.
  • Gather necessary information to facilitate investment transactions, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Prepare asset allocation reports for client meetings.
  • Review draft client reports with other departments, suggesting proactive changes and recommendations.
  • Engage in various project-based tasks as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A professional demeanor is essential in all interactions with colleagues and clients. A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team environment are crucial. The workload may fluctuate based on client meetings, reporting cycles, and market conditions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe software is required.

Educational Requirements:

A business degree from an accredited four-year institution is necessary.
