About the Opportunity

Welcome Wagon is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative or Community Marketing Executive. As a sales professional, you will play a key role in introducing local businesses to new movers in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and build relationships with local businesses.
  • Sell consultative advertising solutions, including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs.
  • Stay informed about local trends and competition.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and collaborate with your team leader.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and solve problems quickly.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing, email, and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and background check.
  • Commission-only compensation based on sales results.
