Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Professional to join our team at Gateway Recruiting, INC. as a Territory Development Representative.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in managing a specified territory and driving business growth through strategic sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quota and drive revenue growth in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeon customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders
- Provide technical assistance and support to surgeons and clinicians in the operating room as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development in a high-growth medical device or pharmaceutical organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (estimated)
