Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Reception Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional client service with a friendly demeanor.

Your welcoming personality will create a positive first impression for every visitor, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the moment they arrive.

As the initial point of contact, you will be instrumental in fostering a warm and inviting environment within our practice. If you have a strong background in client service and enjoy making others feel appreciated, we would love to have you as part of our team.

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 9am-4pm

Compensation: $22 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Outstanding Client Service: Welcome clients with a friendly attitude, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they feel at home from their first interaction.
  • Appointment Management: Utilize scheduling software to efficiently book, modify, and cancel appointments.
  • Payment Processing: Handle financial transactions and manage billing documents accurately.
  • Maintain a Clean and Inviting Space: Regularly check and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
  • Enhance Client Experience: Ensure clients are comfortably seated and inform service providers of their arrivals.
  • Create Engaging Promotional Content: Develop light promotional materials for online platforms to boost our visibility and connect with our audience.
  • Assist with Administrative Duties: Employ various tools and software to support communication, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
  • Adapt and Take Initiative: Be open to additional responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellence in client service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace.
  • Experience in creating engaging content for social media.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or client-facing position is preferred.
