Key Duties:- Welcome and assist visitors and clients upon their arrival.
- Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Oversee the handling of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times.
- Support scheduling of appointments and coordination of meeting spaces.
- Provide general administrative assistance, including data entry and inventory management of office supplies.
- Facilitate travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers in a professional manner.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or front office role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
