Service Coordination:

- Following up with referral sources efficiently
Consumer Services:
- Providing trauma-informed mental health support
- Managing a multi-line phone system with professionalism
- Maintaining voicemail systems and responding to messages promptly
- Overseeing scheduling and appointment management
- Conducting insurance verifications and managing payments
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensuring timely documentation in line with organizational policies
- Documenting cancellations and rescheduling in the scheduling system

Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with two years of relevant experience is required. Preferred qualifications include bilingual abilities in Spanish to better serve diverse populations.
