Territory Partners Account Manager Lead

TouchBistro seeks a seasoned Territory Partners Account Manager to join its Partnerships team in the Dallas area. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner Development, this role will act as the liaison between TouchBistro and its channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in the food distribution industry, with a strong track record of building long-term relationships with customers and driving referral growth.
About the Role:
This Territory Partners Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key referral relationships within partner teams through regular communication and engagement in the field. The successful candidate will also act as an ambassador between TouchBistro Sales and Partners, implementing ongoing creative training and engagement strategies to ensure partners are on track and achieving referral targets.
About You:
We're looking for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple partners and deliverables simultaneously. A Customer-Centric approach is essential, with the ability to cultivate strong partnerships and communicate exceptionally well with different individuals/business owners. Strong Relationship Development Skills are also crucial, with a focus on developing trusting and long-lasting relationships.
What We Offer:
