Job Description:
This Business Development Leader role involves leading the team to meet annual and monthly sales targets by implementing strategic plans. The successful candidate will coordinate with channel partners and execute promotional activities to increase product sales and improve sales through rates.
Responsibilities:
- Expand distribution networks and manage second-tier distributors and stores within the region
- Maintain a robust channel network and optimize product flow from distribution to retail, while controlling inventory levels to minimize overstock and enhance satisfaction levels with channel partners and retail outlets
- Actively participate in planning and executing other regional business-related projects
Requirements:
- Residing in or being familiar with the market area of the assigned territory
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in relevant industries (FMCG, Vaping, B2B Retail Industry)
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is essential
- Result-Oriented Approach; Exceptional ability to break down complex tasks into manageable components
Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
