Sales Territory Lead

As a Territory Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail landscape of our region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team to meet annual and monthly sales targets by implementing strategic plans and coordinating with channel partners.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a KPI-based incentive package that rewards your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to meet annual and monthly sales targets by implementing strategic plans and coordinating with channel partners.
- Establish annual and monthly sales goals and budget management mechanisms.
- Expand distribution networks and manage second-tier distributors and stores within the region.
- Lead and manage a team of 3-6 people, providing guidance, training, and support to drive overall team performance.
- Actively participate in planning and executing other regional business-related projects.
- Attend trade shows and other events as required (up to 30% travel).
Requirements
- Residing in or being familiar with the market area of the assigned territory.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong listening, communication, presentation, and social skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant industries (FMCG, Vaping, B2B Retail Industry).
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce is essential.
- Strong data analysis skills and business sense are required.
