About the Role: This position is not your ordinary call center job. At Supportworks, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service through our National Appointment Center (NAC). Our representatives are dedicated to connecting with customers who are interested in enhancing their garage spaces. When customers reach out, whether through our phone line or website, our primary objective is to secure appointments for our sales representatives to showcase our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appointment Scheduling: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by efficiently scheduling sales appointments via phone, website, and other channels. We provide thorough training to ensure you are well-prepared for your role.
  • Customer Support: Engage with customers through various communication methods, addressing their inquiries and concerns while ensuring they feel confident in choosing our services for their garage renovations.
  • Feedback Collection: We are committed to customer satisfaction. You will initiate follow-up calls to gather feedback after project completion, allowing us to recognize our franchisees' efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience includes two years in a call center and customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A positive attitude and the capability to deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and tackle challenges effectively.
