A DAY IN YOUR ROLE


As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our valued customers, embodying our vision to be the most cherished plant shop nationwide.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
o Encourage participation in our loyalty program

o Manage merchandise returns and exchanges with utmost care

o Foster a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, providing assistance, and addressing inquiries

o Promote our Community Round-Up Partner during the checkout experience

  • Ensure a Clean and Efficient Front-End
o Complete daily opening, closing, and operational checklists

o Take initiative in organizing, cleaning, and restocking register areas

o Communicate supply and equipment needs to team leaders

  • Adhere to Schedules, Processes, and Timelines
o Ensure pricing accuracy and follow our established procedures during transactions

o Regularly refer to your schedule and departmental updates

o Prioritize punctuality and maintain open communication with colleagues and supervisors

o Manage the opening and closing cash drawer processes

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK

  • Previous retail experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • A dependable individual with a genuine enthusiasm for plants
  • A collaborative team player ready to assist with various tasks as required
  • The ability to maintain a positive demeanor in challenging situations
