Our primary objective is to connect with these customers and effectively schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
Your Impact:
The main focus of this role is to ensure that our sales team has a steady stream of appointments. Each interaction is a chance to create a positive experience and help our franchisees succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Appointments: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by efficiently arranging sales appointments through phone calls, our website, and other platforms. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role.
- Customer Support: Engage with customers via phone, email, text, or online chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns while ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Feedback Collection: We are committed to customer satisfaction. You will conduct follow-up surveys after project completion to gather feedback, which will be shared with our franchisees to recognize their efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in a call center environment.
- Preferred: Two years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to provide excellent customer service with a positive demeanor in a dynamic setting.
- Capable of working independently and solving problems as they arise.
