About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Ted Britt Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales activities of our dealership and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage the sales budget and ensure that sales expenses are within budget.
    • Oversee the ordering and acquisition of new and used vehicle inventory.
    • Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of success in sales management.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Valid driver's license.
