Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Capture
    • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial interest to contract award, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
    • Lead opportunity captures, shaping, and building win themes, capture and call plans, teaming, and supporting solutioning.
  • Pipeline Management
    • Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective business through strategic networking, email outreach, cold-calling, trade-show participation, and industry customer relationships.
  • Proposal and Response Management
    • Coordinate company resources to assist in the completion of responses to RFI/Sources Sought, White Papers, technical demonstrations, and RFPs for designated opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations and Client Engagement
    • Develop and deliver sales presentations for targeted accounts, highlighting Arcfield's expertise and solutions.
    • Consistently re-visit existing customers to reinforce value and introduce new technologies.
  • Client Feedback and Solution Improvement
    • Provide customer feedback to internal departments and leaders to enhance solutions offerings.
  • Industry Events and Thought Leadership
    • Attend and participate in industry events, thought leadership opportunities, and conventions to increase visibility and promote Arcfield's expertise.
  • Deal Reviews and Business Development Process
    • Schedule and facilitate recurring deal reviews to ensure adherence to established growth/capture cadence and business development process discipline.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field with 12 to 15 years of experience.
  • Clearance and Qualifications
    • Active Top Secret security clearance, with SCI eligibility and poly.
    • Demonstrated leadership of complex organizations (government and/or corporate).
    • Experience leading captures end-to-end (Identification through Proposal).
    • Track record of exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to develop customized client solution-based presentations for prospects.
    • Experience developing and managing a business pipeline with opportunities equal to or greater than 4x annual sales.
    • Demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading business development teams with a demonstrated track record of winning new business.
    • Experience leading and shaping captures with NRO and/or NGA.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Familiarity with GovWin and Salesforce.
