Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, fully remote Senior Marketing Project Manager (PM). This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for our client-facing teams and will play a crucial role in developing project management capabilities within the organization. The Senior PM will ensure exceptional service delivery, meticulously managing every detail to provide our clients with an outstanding experience and achieving significant business outcomes.

In this role, you will balance strategic oversight with tactical execution, setting a standard for internal teams. Your responsibilities will include shaping various program strategies and guiding the team in managing client relationships and initiatives. You will oversee budgets, direct expenditures, and monitor resources throughout project lifecycles while prioritizing and organizing team actions.

The ideal candidate is a project management expert with a proven track record of effective participation in high-performing teams. You are a collaborative team player, business-minded, and skilled at navigating complex challenges. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your expertise to help the team manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and key project timelines from planning through execution of marketing, strategy, enablement, and content deliverables
  • Act as a proactive champion for daily team operations, driving project timelines, achieving milestones, addressing potential risks, and advising on solutions
  • Collaborate with project management teams and client leaders to oversee review cycles, keep stakeholders informed, and identify opportunities to enhance project workflows
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure clarity on project scope, roles, and responsibilities, providing guidance to support exceptional client service
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs to ensure effective project management and communication
  • Advance relationships with external partners in alignment with strategic goals
  • Assist in creating project schedules and budgets, advising on resource capacity and capabilities
  • Guide communication strategies in stakeholder meetings and creative reviews
  • Exhibit proactive leadership both within and outside of GBR
  • Initiate strategies to build and strengthen relationships with clients, peers, and external partners
  • Collaborate with teams to evaluate the overall success of projects, including quality, timelines, costs, and team performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities in marketing, creative operations, or similar senior roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Google G-Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp is a plus
