Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Marketing Project Manager (PM) to serve as the central coordinator for our client-facing teams. This role requires a seasoned marketing expert who will enhance project management capabilities within the teams. The Senior PM will ensure exceptional service delivery, meticulously managing every detail to provide clients with an outstanding experience while achieving significant business outcomes.
In this role, your daily responsibilities will blend strategic oversight with tactical execution, setting a benchmark for internal teams. You will contribute to various program strategies and guide the team in managing client relationships and initiatives. Responsibilities include budget management, directing expenditures, and overseeing resources throughout project lifecycles while prioritizing and organizing team actions.
The ideal candidate is a project management expert with a strong track record of effective participation in high-performing teams. You are a collaborative team player with business acumen and a knack for resolving complex challenges. You possess agility, adaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail, all while maintaining a client-focused perspective. Above all, you have a proven history of successful marketing project management, enabling you to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations. Proficiency in Office 365, G-Suite, and other productivity tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage team expertise to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines for projects from planning through execution of marketing, strategy, and content deliverables.
- Act as a proactive champion for daily team operations, driving project timelines, achieving milestones, addressing potential risks, and advising on solutions.
- Collaborate with PM teams and client leaders to manage review cycles, keep stakeholders informed, and optimize project workflows.
- Participate in internal meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope, roles, and responsibilities, providing guidance for exceptional client service.
- Continuously assess and validate client needs to ensure effective project management and communication.
- Enhance relationships with external partners in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Assist in creating project schedules and budgets, advising on resource capacity and capabilities.
- Guide communication content in stakeholder meetings and creative reviews.
- Demonstrate leadership both internally and externally.
- Initiate strategies to build strong relationships with clients, peers, and external partners.
- Report on project success, including quality, schedules, costs, and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G-Suite.
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp is a plus.
