Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders across business, technology, finance, and strategy to drive the development of our Client Strategic Plan.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to support the administration of our Portfolio & Program Management Policy and Standard for the Enterprise.
  • Capacity Based Planning: Support the development of performance snapshots, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and executive reporting for senior management.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Provide complex analysis of data and information gathered for reports to be presented to internal and/or external stakeholders.
  • Operational Risk Management: Monitor lean governance compliance and manage first-line operational risk.
  • Tooling Assessment: Assess current and future state tooling to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Strategy Enablement: Provide ad-hoc support for Strategy Enablement initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Project Management: Experience managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Communication: Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Information Gathering: Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
  • Collaboration: Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Change Management: Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Crystal Reports, Excel, or SSRS.
  • Business Insight: Skilled in Business Insight including interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Influencing: Skilled in the group of skills related to Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in Microsoft Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Power Suite, JIRA, and SharePoint.
  • Certifications: PMP certificate and agile experience a plus.
