Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Marketing Project Manager (PM) who will act as the central coordinator for our client-facing teams. This role requires a seasoned marketing expert who will enhance the project management capabilities within our teams. The Senior PM will ensure exceptional service delivery, meticulously managing every detail to provide clients with an outstanding experience while achieving significant business outcomes.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will encompass both strategic and tactical elements, setting a benchmark for internal teams. You will contribute to various program strategies and guide the team in managing client relationships and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include budget management, directing expenditures, and overseeing resources throughout project lifecycles while prioritizing and organizing team actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage team capabilities to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and key project timelines from planning through the execution of marketing strategies and content deliverables.
  • Act as a proactive champion for daily team operations, driving project timelines, achieving milestones, and addressing potential risks while advising on solutions and necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with project management teams and client leaders to oversee review cycles, keep stakeholders informed, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance project workflows.
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding of project scope, roles, and responsibilities, providing guidance to support exceptional client service.
  • Continuously assess and validate client needs to ensure effective project management and communication.
  • Advance relationships with external partners in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Assist in creating project schedules and budgets from inception, advising on resource capacity and capabilities.
  • Guide communication content during stakeholder meetings and creative reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities in marketing, creative operations, or a similar senior project management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google G-Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, or ClickUp is a plus.
