Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, fully remote Senior Marketing Project Manager (PM). This role serves as the central coordinator for our client-facing teams and requires a seasoned marketing expert who will enhance project management capabilities within the teams. The Senior PM is essential in delivering outstanding service performance, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed to provide clients with an exceptional experience while achieving significant business outcomes.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will encompass both strategic and tactical elements, setting a standard for internal teams. You will contribute to various program strategies and guide the team in managing client relationships and initiatives. Responsibilities include budget management, overseeing expenditures, and monitoring resources throughout project lifecycles while prioritizing and organizing team actions.

The ideal candidate is a project management expert with a proven track record of effective participation in high-performing teams. You are a collaborative team player with business acumen and a knack for resolving complex challenges. You are adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and maintain a client-focused perspective. You demonstrate sound judgment and excel in fast-paced environments. Most importantly, you have a history of successful marketing project management, delivering high-quality work that meets client expectations. Proficiency in Office 365, G-Suite, and other productivity tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize expertise to help the team manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and critical timelines for projects from planning through to the delivery of marketing, strategy, enablement, and content outputs.
  • Act as a proactive champion for daily team operations, driving project timelines, achieving set milestones, addressing potential risks, and advising on solutions and adjustments to project plans and resources.
  • Collaborate with PM teams and client leaders to manage review cycles, keep stakeholders informed, and continuously seek opportunities to enhance project workflows.
  • Participate in internal meetings to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project scope, management roles, and responsibilities, providing guidance to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Proactively assess and clarify client needs to ensure effective project management and communication.
  • Advance relationships with external partners in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Contribute to the creation of project schedules and budgets, advising on current resource capacity and capabilities.
  • Guide communication content in stakeholder meetings, creative reviews, and approvals.
  • Demonstrate leadership both within and outside of GBR.
  • Initiate strategies to build and strengthen relationships with clients, peers, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with teams to report on the overall success of projects, including quality, schedules, costs, and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities in marketing, creative operations, production, or a similar senior project management role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google G-Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus.
