Role Responsibilities:

The Project Manager plays a crucial role in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling projects effectively while managing client expectations and communications. Responsibilities include directing and coordinating manufacturing processes, overseeing project financial reporting, and managing customer relations to ensure adherence to specifications, codes, and design requirements. The Project Manager will conduct inspections throughout all project phases to confirm compliance with design and equipment specifications, as well as operational and safety standards.

Daily Activities:

  • Establish realistic and achievable project goals and develop strategies to meet these objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, procurement, production management, accounting, and upper management.
  • Create and implement an effective communication strategy for all internal team members and clients, ensuring timely updates on project progress.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure clarity in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Identify all necessary internal and external resources required for successful project completion.
  • Monitor weekly project progress and communicate invoicing milestones to the accounting department.
  • Develop tools and techniques for task distribution based on team members' skills and evaluate their performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest project management strategies, tools, and terminologies to enhance productivity.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Over 10 years of project management experience in electrical equipment and manufacturing.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems; knowledge of Accumatica ERP is a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in project management, analysis, organization, and communication.
  • Proven ability to foster teamwork and influence colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking capabilities.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 operating procedures.
  • Experience in manufacturing project management, with knowledge of scheduling and factors affecting timelines.
  • Excellent customer management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Awareness of basic safety precautions in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation Range:

The compensation for this role will range from $80,000 to $120,000, with Restricted Stock Units included in all offers. Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
