Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the master production schedule to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Optimize project planning, execution, and monitoring processes.
- Track customer orders and collaborate with Project Managers to align production capabilities with customer expectations.
- Manage and address scope variations effectively.
- Identify critical paths and resolve conflicts related to resources, material availability, and manufacturing challenges.
- Support inventory management efforts.
- Communicate production schedules regularly with the Production Manager and Project Managers, including leading production review meetings to discuss project status and customer requirements.
- Generate scheduling and materials reports to identify shortages, shipment issues, and labor needs.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration among procurement, materials management, and production teams to ensure accurate lead times and inventory levels for order fulfillment.
- Continuously monitor and enhance the scheduling process.
- Review the 90-day production schedule and proactively identify workforce, materials, and shipping challenges with the leadership team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning is essential.
- Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills, along with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google products, particularly Excel/Sheets, with a quick learning ability for new software.
- Familiarity with scheduling and demand planning software (e.g., MRP/ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Acumatica) is preferred.
- A strong desire to learn, coupled with excellent listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates professionalism and is willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Manufacturing experience, particularly in metal or electrical manufacturing, with a solid understanding of material flows.
- ISO 9001:2015 experience is advantageous.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs, and to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be willing to undergo background and drug testing.

Compensation:
Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, inclusive of Restricted Stock Units. The final compensation will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
