Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through their journey with our services.
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate strong, proactive relationships with clients to ensure they maximize the value of our offerings.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal databases, documenting all client interactions.
  • Client Engagement: Connect with clients through various communication channels to understand and fulfill their needs.
  • Success Facilitation: Set the tone for communication with newly onboarded clients and those nearing contract renewals.
  • Insight Presentation: Deliver status updates and usage reports to clients and stakeholders, showcasing their success with our products.
  • Opportunity Identification: Utilize your client relationships to discover and pursue cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of three years in customer or client success roles, preferably in a dynamic or startup environment.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
  • Client-Centric Approach: A proactive attitude towards building relationships, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Goal Orientation: A proven history of surpassing expectations and achieving objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively engage with clients.
