Aerospace Business Development Manager

Job Overview: As a seasoned Senior Sales Engineer/Unit Manager in the Aerospace industry, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating business activities related to custom-engineered products. Acting like an owner, you will oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of your Business Unit, setting high standards of performance and conduct.
">About Our Company: We are an advanced Aerospace and Defense company specializing in mission-critical products. Our offerings include Generators, Motors, Power Distribution Systems, Transducers, and more, catering to both Commercial and Defense industries.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-range sales strategies and forecasts for product lines, including annual business plans and 5-year plans
- Prepare monthly, mid-quarter, and quarterly reports on product segment and new business performance
- Present quarterly and annual reports on product line performance to senior corporate management
- Learn technical specifics and usage applications of product lines, possessing some technical acumen and mechanical aptitude
- Train support for sales representatives and distributors on products, new technology, and capabilities
- C Coordinate preparation of marketing literature, brochures, and catalogs with the Sales Director
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of quality products
- Communicate effectively with customers on program progress, delivery and quality issues, new business opportunities, etc.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or Business, with exposure to P&L responsibilities, schedule, cost, and material handling software systems. Strong Excel skills are a must.
