Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at DueNorth. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully reaching out to potential candidates, making phone calls, and coordinating interviews. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outreach to potential candidates for open job requisites
- Able to make 70-80 phone calls daily
- Coordinate, prep, and set up interviews
- Maintain database communication with existing candidates
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask
- Must be a tenacious closer
- Organizational skills
- Strong people skills, friendly natural demeanor, and ability to rapidly adapt to customer personalities
- Dependability with strong work ethic
- Base plus Commission salary structure
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
