Aerospace Business Unit Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer/Unit Manager to lead our Aerospace business activities. This role is responsible for driving new and sustaining business through proposal, onboarding, and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical) or Business
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales engineering or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
