Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Account Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing all assigned accounts through active accounts and new leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive new business and sales experience by coordinating and maintaining relationships with hair replacement centers, barber shops, and salons.
- Connect: Generate outbound calls, emails, and virtual customer visits with existing and new customers daily.
- Achieve New Business Sales: Drive organizational growth and profitability.
- Product Placement: Develop product plans for clients based on selling history and potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in sales and cultivating a book of business.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with proven ability to build productive professional business relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with proven sales track record.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Beauty industry experience preferred.
- Licensed cosmetologist is a plus
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Travel:
Travel required for client visits, seminars, and training.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
